With their many different options infinology is offers great, easily accessible support, a definite bonus. They do have a $50 sign up fee which is non-refundable and also makes it hard to test their services. They also don’t have the best server availability which leads to problems for a lot of clients such as slower loading times, errors etc. Overall Infinology is worth hosting with, if you don’t mind the sign up fee. Some feedback we have received says that their support hasn't been as great lately and that they haven't been responding to customer support queries like they used to.
